The Sovereign Cloud Days Germany bring decision-makers, engineers, and the Open Infrastructure community together for four days in Saarbrücken.
As a new event format, we create a platform for knowledge exchange, technical discussions, and relevant networking around Open Infrastructure, Cloud Native, and digital sovereignty.
Without strong partners, there is no free community event. With your sponsorship, you not only enable the event but also position your company directly in a highly relevant technical environment.
Expected participants: approximately 300 over all four days
All sponsorship packages plus VAT.

For open-source projects & community organizations
The Community Supporter contribution is aimed at projects and organizations that do not have a traditional sponsorship budget — but still want to be part of the event.
In-kind contributions (infrastructure, manpower, reach, catering) are explicitly possible as an alternative. All contributions will be coordinated individually.

Ideal for: SCS, OSBA, GUUG, local CNCF chapters, open-source projects without a cash budget

Rules of the game
- Present the project, create awareness
- Distribute flyers, stickers, merch
- Contributor recruiting
- No product/service sales
- No guaranteed speaking slot
- No commercial demos at the booth
In-kind contributions possible
As an alternative to a financial contribution, in-kind contributions are also possible by arrangement.
Examples:
- Manpower on event days (volunteering)
- Infrastructure (streaming equipment, monitors, etc.)
- Reach (newsletter, social media with measurable reach)
- Catering in-kind donation
This support also applies to co-hosts (associations, institutions). We coordinate all community participations individually.
